Buyer's premium:

Bat Melech—kabbalah by Rabbi Shimon Abiov, with the book printed and bound together with it, Sefer Zera Kodesh by Rabbi Moshe Graf. After the latter was prepared for printing in Frankfurt, a large fire broke out in the city in 1711 (because of which Rabbi Naftali HaKohen Katz was also exiled from the city), some of the pages were lost and the rest of the printing was passed to Venice, where it was completely printed with endorsements by Rabbi Naftali HaKohen Katz and Rabbi Shmuel HaKohen Shatin (the Mahrashashach). 20, 44 page. The copy before us has a signature of ownership: Yosef Pintzi—seems to be Rabbi Yosef Pintzi of Sarajevo, who was in the Rabbinate of Belgrade, where he printed in 1842 his book “Vayilaket Yosef.” At the end of his life he moved to Israel and settled in Hevron, where he died in 1850. These books are bound here with the book Milchama b’Shalom, Warsaw 1859, interesting work by Rabbi Haim Avraham Katz. [66] page. Light tears and signs of use, stains and wear, generally good condition.
