Pelach HaRimon of the Rama of Pano—Koritz 1786. At the end of the book is a commentary on the seder of the korbanot of Yom HaKippur, and the book Or Ne’erav by Rabbi Moshe Cordiviro—the Ramak. 48, 36 pages. Bound together with Har Adonay, Zohar on Megillat Ruth attributed to the Rashbi—Polna 1791, at the end is printed Ma’ayan HaKhochma, 38 page. Binding is worn, tear on the cover page and additional pages, stains and moisture stains (many), moth marks and damage from wear, generally bad to ok condition. On the first page is a signature in pencil by Rabbi “Haim Shaul Davik HaKohen,” and stamp of the kabbalist Rabbi Nissim Nachum. The Kabbalist Rabbi Haim Shaul HaKohen Davik—HaRav HaShadah (1857-1933), was a dayan, kabbalist, and rosh yeshiva, Chief Rabbi of Aleppo, Syria, who moved to Jerusalem in 1890. Kabbalist Rabbi Nissim Nahum of Tripoli (1864-1927), a sage of Tripoli, moved to Jerusalem in 1896. He joined the Beit El kabbalist yeshiva, and in the same year founded the Rehovot HaNahar yeshiva and brought there his rabbi, Rav HaShadah, to head the yeshiva. He was also a founder of the Sha’ar Shamayim yeshiva, for the Ashkenazi community, where mysticism was taught alongside Sefardi sages.
