At the top is an embossed inscription: “in order that any place the owners shall wish to take out the Torah, they have permission.” Below is an inscription “the sefer torah inside was donated by Haim Yosef for the menuchah of his wife, Tzalcha bat Tafachah. Height: 85cm, diameter: 27cm, includes matching silver rimonim. Light defects, generally good condition. Originates from a private collection.
