On the issue of a synthetic garment which while being worn or taken off in a dark place it appears to be giving off sparks, whether or not it is permissible to wear on Shabbat or whether there is a fear of lighting fire on Shabbat. 2 pages written on official letterhead from when he served as the Rishon LeZiyyon and the Chief Rabbi of Israel. Excellent condition.
