With commentary Shtalei Zeitim by Rabbi David Sharaki, handwritten by Yosef ben Aharon HaKohen (Encyclopedia of Sages of Yemen 254). One of the sages of the city of Sanaa, a famous author, whose parnasa was through teaching torah, was a sage of the general yeshiva of Sanaa on takanot from 1886. Compiled commentaries and drashot on the 3 megillot using kabbalah. Professional, handsome writing. Illustrated cover, decorations of symbols in red ink throughout the book. The manuscript before us begins from halachot of the morning until Eruvei Tachumin, including Ravid HaZahav. It is in a large format, 23x33cm, 323 pages. Binding not from the period. Excellent condition. The item was brought to auction from a private collection.
