Lot 297:
1. The author Rabbi Yehuda was born in 1765 and was a student of the Reetz, Rabbi Yosef Yitzhak. Son-in-law of Rabbi Avraham Menzeli, his writings on the Pardes were “Minhat Yehuda,” “Panim Chadashot,” “Levayat Hen.” In addition he wrote songs and poems for various events at the start of the 19th century (Encyclopedia for the Sages of Yemen, pages 61-63). On the cover is written 1788. He writes his name using a mirror acrostic (A-Z, B-Y, etc). Cover is decorated and drawn with a variety of colors. Size: 23x17cm, 168 pages. Original binding is disconnected, pages disconnected, moth marks, ok condition. 2. Second section of the text, without cover, bound separately (but seems to be a continuation). Studying for Shavuot from the Tanach, Mishna, Gemara, according to the masoret, bound together with Megillat Ruth. 27cm, 87 pages. Original binding. Pages disconnected, moth damage, ok condition.
