Signature of ownership on the first page: Rabbi Avraham Aharon ben HaRav Zalman Deutsch, father of Rabbi Aharon David Deutsch (1813-1878), the Goren David, an important student of the Chatam Sofer, who was Av Beit Din in Balassagyarmat, Hungary. Cover and last page missing, moth marks, various bits of tape. Generally good condition.
