The Rebbe added in his blessed handwriting “Success” followed by “with honor and appreciation” and the blessing “Gmar Chatima Tova” and the end his blessed signature. The Kabbalist Rabbi David Cohen (1886- 1971)Z”L was a follower of the Hafetz Chaim and one of the leading students of Rabbi Abraham Yitzhak Hacohen Kook Z”L. Was known as the Nazir Rabbi. The letter is torn at the centre, with some damage to the text.
