The letter refers to a Ketuba that was written not according to Halacha. The letter is dated 8 of Tevet 5711 – 1951 and addressed to Rabbi Rafael Nadir Saban Z”L. Also signed by Rabbi Shlomo Mazuz, Rabbi Sasson Hacohen. Rabbi Rahamim Hai Havita Hacohen Z”L (1900-1958), was amongst the most important Rabbis of Djerba. Studied Torah all his life despite great suffering. Wrote several books on Halacha with great depth of knowledge. Rabbi Rafael Nadir Saban Z”L, one of the greatest Tunisian rabbis of the last generation. Officiated as Rabbi in Djerba and Netivot and was a member of the Chief Rabinate of Israel.
