Letter from Rabbi Moshe Haim Lau Z”L addressed to Rabbi Band on family matters. Rabbi Moshe Haim Lau was the rabbi of the cities of Suceava, Presov and Piotrkow. Descendant of a prestigious rabbinic dynasty. Perished in the extermination camp of Treblinka on the 11 of Heshvan 5703, 1943. His son Rabbi Israel Meir Lau Shalita was Chief Rabbi of Israel and Chief Rabbi of Tel Aviv. His grandson, Rabbi David Lau Shalita is the present Chief Rabbi of Israel. The letter was written in his blessed handwriting on official paper, written on both sides. Extremely rare. Small tear, otherwise in good condition.
