Lot 137:
Hammering and embossing work, in the upper portion is a dedication “the case and sefer torah inside were made by Rav Mordechai Avraham for the rest of the departed Simcha Aden, who died 27th of Sivan.” At the bottom is engraved “in order that any place the owners of the sefer want to take it out and place it in other places the authority is in their hands.” The inside of the case is covered in original silk fabric from the period (defects and tears), writing in the windows in the upper portion in handwriting identical to that of the dedication on the back, with decorations of colorful plants. Internal size: 50cm, total size: 90cm, width: 27cm. Generally good condition.
