In pencil. Rabbi Meir Berlin (1880-1949) was the youngest son of HaNatziv of Volozhin, and a leader of the Mizrahi movement. The letter is written on letterhead of a hotel in London, seems to be sent during one of his visits in London. 12.5x20cm, signs of folding, stains, wear, generally ok condition.
