Also signed by Rabbi Yitzhak Shlomo Unger and Rabbi Yitzhak Zvi Brunfeld. On the publication of books in Tel Aviv: someone complained to him that the Shas of the Talmud Bavli was printed on shabbos. At the end they rule that there is no problem purchasing and studying from such as Shas without worrying about it. One page, filing marks, signs of folding, generally excellent condition.
