Rav Yehi ben Shlomo Kapach, a sage of Yemen, known for his fight against the Sefer HaZokar and the Kabbalah and in favor of returning to psikat Halacha according to the Rambam and Rav Sa’adiya Gaon. Was the grandfather and educator of Rav Yosef KApach, a great posek of Yemen in the last generation and member of the Great Rabbinical Court. 35 pages by hand. Size: 18x24cm. Light stains, generally good to very good condition.
