Topographia Germaniae is a large work by the engraver and publisher Matheus Marian the Old. Important printings of the cities, monasteries, and castles of the Holy Roman Empire, it is considered one of the most significant creations of illustrated geography. The books in German were published by Barenreiter. Before us are 2 books: Hessen 1646, printed in 1959. 2. Pheinpfalz 1672, printed in 1963. Light tears on the outer dust jacket of the volume, generally very good condition.
