Long psak din on the subject of agunah. Printed by a roll of paper, size 70x50cm. On both sides. At the end of the dedication, 4 lines in the handwriting and signature of the compiler, Rav Avraham Mendel HaLevi Steinberg. Rare. Rav Avraham Menachem Mendel HaLevi Steinberg was a great Gaon, a sage of his generation and a rabbi of Brodi, born 1847, in his youth he was engaged in halakhic negotiation with sages of his generation, such the Gaon Rabb Yitzhak Itenga, the Mahari, Rav Yitzhak Shmelkis, the Beit Yitzhak, the Sho’el u’Meishiv, and more. His writings were preserved until they were lost during the Second World War. Composed “Mechaze Avraham,” the only book printed in his lifetime. Ok condition, defects with missing text, restored. Worn.
