Lot 410:
1. “Shulchan Aruch” Choshen Mishpat, with “Sfatei Kohen,” and “Me’irat Einayim,” missing the cover page, early edition, (maybe the first edition of both books together). Amongst the pages are a number of handwritten glosses. Ok condition. 2. Hadar Zkenim, Tosafot of the Ra’ash, Livorno 1840, first edition, the title page has a looping Moroccan signature handwritten. On page 34 is a handwritten gloss. Awful condition. 3. “Mishnayot Seder Mo’ed” Warsaw 1879, in the cover page is the stamp of ownership of the Gaon Rabbi Avraham Amar, dayan in Maknas. Opposite the cover page is a handwritten note. Good condition. 4. “Torot Emet” questions and answers in four sections of the Shulchan Aruch, by Gaon Rabbi Refael Birdogo, the “Malach Refael,” published by the Dovev Sfatei Yeshanim company, through the efforts of Rav Shalom of Shash, Makhnes 1939. After the cover page is a printed gloss with the addition of the handwriting of Gaon Rabbi Shalom of Shash from that period. Important book, moth marks. Thick pages. 5. “Mishnayot Seder Kedoshim” on page 68, handwritten gloss. On page 100 there is the stamp of the Rav Avraham Amar of Makhnes. Ok condition. Different sizes, conditions.
