From 1978 to Rav Pinhas Mintzer, many blessings for his help in the wedding, on official letterhead. He was born 1908, died 2000, was the third Admor of the Babov dynasty, restored the dynasty after the Shoah, built it into one of the largest communities in the world. Known as a leader who stayed away from disputes. Good condition.
