Letter for donations nad blessings for the Kolel of Rabbi Meir ba’al HaNess in Jerusalem. He was Av Beit Din of Akva, student of the Maharash Greenfeld, was connected to Rabbi Admor of Chabad, in 1952 he moved to Israel and settled in Kiryat Ata, spread Torah to thousands. Excellent condition.
