Lot 436:
Communication between the Rahag, negotiations that include the general council and the cities of Jerusalem, Hevron, Tiberias, Tzfat, and their surrounding areas, and between Dov Be’er Abramowitz who had to travel to the United States (he was the secretary of the Va’ad). Written on official letterhead for the Va’ad for the Ashkenazi kolels in Jerusalem. At the end are signatures of the members of the Va’ad, led by the Gaon HARav Yitzhak Belzer. In the margins are more lines in the secretary’s handwriting.
