Gemara, Talmud Bavli, masechet Ta’anit, Berlin edition 1644. Page 13 and 20 there are two notes on policy in the handwriting of the Gaon HaRav Yisrael Lifshitz, the Tiferet Yisrael, on the mishnayot. On page 17 there is a signature. The Gaon Rabbi Yisrael Lifshitz: 1782-1861, he was known for his large composition Tiferet Yisrael on the six sidrei mishnah, it was accepted all over the Jewish world. Printed in hundreds of editions until today, his grandson Rabbi Yisrael Lifshitz as Av Beit Din of Kliva. Wonderful Gaon, one of the sages of the Ashkenazi world. Rabbi Yitzhak Isaac, Av Beit Din of Vobornik: 1824-1893, Av Beit Din of Munkatch, compiler of Beit Yitzhak and Divrei Yitzhak. Includes the approval by a specialist regarding the glosses of the Tiferet Yisrael. Not bound, ok condition, pages are loose, defects and wear.
