He lived 1855-19116, Av Beit Din of Kiev and Astralenka (Poland), one of the greats of his generation and a leader of the Polish community. In his youth he travelled to Sanz, in 1880 he became the rabbi of Kiev, where he served more than 25 years and his name was known throughout the Jewish world. Composed many books. This is in excellent condition, dedication is cut at its upper line.
