1. Mayim Haim, questions and answers in 4 sections of the Shulchan Aruch and different issues, by the Gaon HaRav Yosef of Shash, Fez 1934, first edition, title page entirely in red ink. The page before the title page has a stapled dedication, printed in the handwriting of the compiler, the Chief Rabbi of Telmasan, and for many days the Chief Sefardi Rabbi of Haifa, a great Gaon on Torah that at age 16 already answered halachic questions. 2. Ner Mitzvah, different issues relating to Hannukkah, the miracle, the story, by Yosef of Shash, Fez 1939, first edition, title page entirely in red ink, all of the pages are framed. On the page before the title is a dedication in the handwriting of the compiler to the Gaon HaRav Avraham Birdogo. 3. “Ketunet Yosef,” 3rd section, chiddushim on the Choshen Mishpat done alphabetically, by the Gaon HaRav Yosef Birdogo, Kanas 1943, only edtion. Title page in red and blue ink, amongst the endorsements is that of the Baba Sali, a very rare endorsement. 4. “Mei Menuhot,” second section, great chiddushim on the Torah, by the Gaon HaRav Shalom of Shash, Djerba 1942. First edition, printed from a manuscript. With a dedication printed from the handwriting of Shalom of Shash. 5. “Nefat Tzofim,” questions and answers of halacha, by the Gaon HaRav Petachia Mordechai Birdogo, Casablanca 1938. First edition, colorful title page. Missing a number of pages from the index. All of the books in excellent condition. A few stains.
