Book by Gaon HaRav Aryeh Leibush Balchover, Vilna 1873, first edition. Page before the title page is written “Eliyahu Saliman Mani, Rabad of Hevron,” on the title page is his signature as an abbreviation. He lived from 1818-1899, one of the Geonim of Babylon, Av Beit Din and Rabbi of Hevron and head of the Kabbalist yeshiva Beit El, mystic, compiled many books, mostly on the Kabbalah. He was connected to and studied with the Ben Ish Hai. Generally good condition, defects without damage to the text on a number of pages.
