Lot 233:
1. Special declaration, all in Ladino, printed in Rashi script. With endorsement of the religious courts in Jerusalem for printing: the sefardi, Ashkenazi—proshim, Ashkenazi—chassidim. Jerusalem 1914, printed on both sizes. Size 31x46cm. Signs of folding and light defects. Ok to good condition. 2. Declaration of regulations by the Yeshivat Torat Haim in Jerusalem, signed by the sages of Jerusalem, a long psak din in Hebrew alongside Yiddish, at the end is the stamp of the yeshiva, printed on both sides, on the other side is printed the signatures of many rabbis (dozens), sefardi and Ashkenazi, with stamp of the Badatz. Size 40x50cm. Good condition, signs of folding. 3. “A Terrible Warning,” from the Geonim, heads of the eidot, signed by the rabbis of the Badatz and HaRav Tzvi Pesach Frank, good condition, signs of folding, light defects in the margins, printed on both sides. On the other side is a psak din on the issue of the yeshiva’s money, in three languages: Hebrew, English, Russian. Size 31x24cm.
