Wide-ranging and comprehensive commentary on Megillat Esther, first book by the Gaon Rabbi Shlomo Elkabetz (founder of the piyyut Lecha Dodi). (4) 225 pages, on the title page of the book and the page before there are handwritten signatures in sefardi handwriting (maybe from the years of its printing). Between the pages and on the last page are a number of notes and chiddushim in sefardi handwriting, seems to be from a number of writers. Condition of the book varies by pages from bad to good. Moth damage, defects, and wear, old binding in red with a red leather spine.
