Two sections in one volume, two title pages for the first section (the first in blue with red letters). Endorsements from the Maharil Diskin Rabbi Meir Berlin, and Rabbi Betzalel HaKohen of Vilna. First edition, Jerusalem 1895. The second section was printed in 1898. [5], 164; [1], 160 pages in the original – this copy is missing the title page for the second section. Original binding, leather spine, a little moth damage, stains, generally good condition.
The title page has a stamp of ownership in Hebrew and another language: “Yuda Wolf Schlesinger of Gur Tapolshan, moved to Jerusalem.” His signature as well. Additional signature and notes by “Moshe Marmak Weinstock.” The back of the bindings have notes in pencil – a marei mekomot from the book, note in the index. There is also a note of ownership in the body of section 2.
