A report on the Jewish community in Vilna, spiritually and physically, and an article on the greatness of tzedakah and strengthening Torah, especially in Torah institutions standing in the breach and correcting the decay occasioned by the Reform movement, by “Mordechai ben Yehoshua Hayyim HaLevi Epstein of Vilna”. At the end are letters from rabbis Haim Ozer Grodzinsky, Rabbi Chanoch Henich Iges, Rabbi Meir Basin. 31 pages. Missing one page (what remains is the inscription “Opening Words” with no additional text). A booklet without binding, cover has tape on all four sides, stains and a little bit of moth damage, generally good condition.
