Chiddushim and pilpulim on sugiyot of Shas, from a manuscript of the Admor Rabbi Zeev Nachum of Biela, with chiddushim and shut from his son, the Admor Rabbi Avraham of Sochotchov (the Avnei Nezer) and glosses under the name Taharat Azov, from his grandson Rabbi Yaakov Noshelsk. First edition, from the lifetime of the Avnei Nezer and his son. The book includes divrei torah from some of the great sages of Polish chassidut, and was widely read and analysed by Polish Jewry, as can be seen from the list of subscribers at the end of the book. 116 pages (232 sides). Front binding is coming apart, no spine, various stains, generally good condition. Blank first page has the name: “This book belongs to the chassid Zisman Bornstein, now in Zharik”, maybe a descendent of the author.
