With the commentaries Ma’aseh Oreg, Pnei Zaken and Etzei Aden, by the Admor Rabbi Yitzhak Isaac Yehuda Yehiel (Saprin) of Komarna. First edition, printed by Rabbi Zvi Hirsch Sperling and Rabbi Berish Luria. Missing the cover—296 pages. The first and last pages are detached, lots of repairs and tears on the first and last pages, some missing text, tears, moth damage and stains, old binding, inscribed spine, generally ok condition.

Admor Rabbi Yitzhak Isaac (Yehuda Yehiel) Saprin of Komarna was the son of Rabbi Alexander (1806-1874), the second and mst famous Admor of Komarna. After he was orphaned at age 12, he was raised by his father’s brother, Rabbi Zvi Hirsch of Zidichov (the Sar Beit HaZohar). He learned under Rabbi Avraham Yehoshua Heschel of Aphtha, and from his uncle. He also travelled to the Chozeh of Lublin (who acted as his shadchan), Rabbi Yisrael of Ruzhin, and more. He came famous as a miracle-worker and he had many followers. His books are known segulot for those who own them.
