Hand-produced with embossing work, engraving, and hammering of a “Jewish wedding”, based upon the painting by the well-known artist Wilhelm August Stryowski (1834-1917, Poland-Germany) showing a Jewish wedding in Gdansk (Poland). We see a bride coming toward a groom under the chuppah, with a klezmer band and people dancing. Stamp identified of the artist V. Rapoport. Height 19cm. Diameter: 13.5cm. Small defect in the center (see pictures). Generally good condition.
