An exegesis on the Idra Zuta by Rabbi Yosef Sadvon. Stamp of ownership of Rabbi Eliyahu Ma’aravi of Damascus, “in Jerusalem.” Also in English. Signature of ownership in Sefardi handwriting: “Rav Yitzhak [?]. [5], 122 pages. A few stains, complete copy, very nice. Generally very good condition. Rabbi Eliyahu Bambagi Ma’aravi ben Moshe (1873-1955) was born in Damascus and moved to Israel. Under the influence of his rabbi, Rabbi Haim Shaul Davich HaKohen, he left his work as a tailor (to turn a living) and focused only on Torah at the Rehovot HaNahar yeshiva. Wrote the Pe’at HaSadeh.
