Auction 3
Lot 113:
Rare, unique wooden noisemaker. Carved wood, IDF soldiers with hammers, hitting Hitler on the head. By pulling the wooden sticks on the bottom, they hit his head (interest patent). Created probably in the 1950s after the end of the Shoah; before the wound had time to heal, Jews were already expressing their pain in various ways, and even the old tradition of erasing Amalek during the recitation of the Megillah seems to have been included. Width: 29cm. Height: 14cm. Cracks in the soldiers legs, partially missing. Ok to good condition.
