Typewritten letter by the Rebbe on his official stationery, from the 26th of Elul 1986.
"מאשר הנני קבלת מכ’ ובו בקשת ברכה פ"נ, ובעת רצון יקרא על ציון כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע". Signed by the secretary Rabbi Shalom Menachem Mendel Simpson.
It is known that many letters signed by the secretary were actually signed by the Rebbe himself in the name of the secretary.
