Trustworthy and can be relied on – special and uncommon Semicha letter for a Mashgi’ach Kashrut – handwrittenand signed by the Chief Rabbi, Rabbi Avraham Yitzchak Hacohen Kook – Jerusalem, 1934.

In the letter, Rabbi Kook writes that Rabbi Yisrael Zvi Weissbloom is trustworthy and can be relied on in matter of Kashrut: "הנני בזה להודיע שע"פ מסמכים נאמנים נתברר לי שהר’ ישראל צבי ויסבלום הוא נאמן וראוי לסמוך עליו בענייני כשרות ולראיה בעה"ח הק’ אברהם יצחק קוק".


There are Semicha letters for a Shochet, Heiter Hora’ah for a Rav; a Semicha letter for a Mshgi’ach Kashrut is a unique item that has not been seen until now.
