Lot 416:
1. “Mishneh LaMelech,” on the Rambam, by Rabbineu Yehuda Rozanis, Hamburg 1790. Generally good condition, not bound. Moth marks. On the title page is the list of ownership “owned by Rav Eliyahu Yehoshua son of the Maram.” Amongst the pages are a number of glosses on policy in Ashkenazi handwriting, one of them saying “elsewhere I expanded upon this” 2. “Pnei Yehoshua,” on Masechtot Ketubot, Gitin, and Kidushin, by the Gaon HaRav Yehoshua, Av Beit Din of Lviv. Furth, 1766, with a decorative flag of the printer on the title page. Thick tome, binding is loose, a number of pages are separated. Amongst the pages are a number of glosses in Ashkenazi handwriting, from the period of its printing. The glosses’ content was not checked, it seems to be important things.
