Bound with the book “Petach HaOhel” laws and halachot of Gitin, by HaRav Yehiya ben Yosef Amud, with halachot of Kedushin and writings to the Rav Shalom Habshush of Sana’a. Rare. Title page has a list of the births, and a long signature of ownership. On page 14, there is a long gloss. Number of smaller glosses, with many signatures. Generally good condition, binding and a number of pages are loose. Dry paper.
