Lot 288:
1. “Brit Olam,” with the seder of reading the Zohar for the Brit Milah and dedication of the home, Jerusalem, Mantzour printing. At the start of the book is a signature of ownership in Mizrahi/Yerushalmi handwriting of the Gaon and head of Porat Yosef yeshiva, HaRav Yehuda Tzedaka 2. “Knesset HaGedola,” Jerusalem 1963. At the start of the book is his handwritten Ashkenazi signature. “Ya’uda Tzedaka,” here written as “Ya’uda” with an alef instead of a hey” The Gaon HaRav Yehuda Tzedaka: 1910-1992, grandson of the sister of the Rashkevahag, Rabbeinu Yosef Haim Ba’al HaBen Ish Hai, by age 27 he became rosh metivtah of the Porat Yosef yeshiva after the death of the Gaon HaRav Eliyahu Lups, at that time he studied with the greats of Israel such as Maran HaRav Ovadiah Yosef and the Gaon Haham ben Zion Aba Shaul, then he became the head of the yeshiva for more than twenty years and trained many great scholars; his drashot were groundbreaking.
