Sefer Shamayim Chadashim, an important work on Jewish thought by Rabbeinu the Abravanel, based on the Rambam’s monumental book Moreh Nevochim.
First edition of this work – published and printed by the Gaon and linguist Rabbi Wolf ben Rabbi Shimshom Heidenheim, the Raveh. Rodelheim, 1828. [2], 51 leaves. At its end, an addition by the printer, a response the Rav the author wrote to Shaul Cohen about his books.
Stable binding. Fine margins. Some moth perforations. Minor stains. Moth damage and taping to some of the last leaves. Most of the book in good condition.
