Lot 339:
Sefer Hilchot Eretz Yisrael, a scarce work attributed to Rabbeinu Yaakov ben HaRosh one of the Rishonim, famed for his monumental work Arba’ah Turim and his unique commentary on the Torah. The work deals with Hilchot Eretz Yisrael which were not included in his monumental work. "Copied from an old manuscript in Munich" with comments by Rabbi Menashe Grossberg, author of Alfei Menashe, Shut Shevet Menashe and more.
Apparently, the true author is not Baal Haturim, see: Mordechai Gifter, Hadarom, issue 5-6, Nissan 1958, pp. 19-20; 1.
First edition (and with comments by Rabbi Eliezer Simcha Rabinowitz Av Beit Din of Sovalk and Kalvoria) – London, 1900. 8, 3-32 pp. (Possibly there are additional leaves here that do not appear in the listings or possibly, they are imprecise). Approbations by the Geonim Rabbi Yitzchak Elchanan Spektor, Rabbi Avraham Abba the Rav of Machzikei Hadat of London, the Aderet of Ponovezh and more.
Printed with Bikueri Yaakov section I, Drushim about the virtue and praise of the Jewish people "and deals with the Zionist Movement and its attribution to our people and religion" by Rabbi Yaakov Rabinowitz, the son of the aforementioned. London, 1899. 128 pp.

Stamp on the first title page: "Zeev Yedidya". A single pencil comment on verso of the title page alongside the copyist’s words, referring to Sefer Shabbat HaAretz by Rabbi Kook.
