Signed by Rav Moshe Yehoshua Hagar, the Admor HaYeshu’ot Moshe of Vizhnitz (1916-2012), president of the Mo’etzet Gedolei HaTorah, a Gaon of the revealed and hidden Torah, was president for more than 40 years, from the moment he succeeded his father, the Imrei Emet, as Admor. Signs of folding and stains, generally very good condition.
