Buyer's premium:

1. Sefer Divrei Menachem by the holy Rav Rabbi Menachem Mendel Halberstam of Stropkov – Jerusalem, 1957. Incomplete copy. Moth perforations and damage. Fair overall condition. On the title page, a signature: "הק’ ארי’ לייב הלברשטאם". See below,  

2. Mishnayot Seder Moed, with the commentary of the Bartenura and Tosfot Yom Tov. Copy without the title page and more. The place and year of printing have not been studied. Stains. Good overall condition. On the flyleaf, a stamp: "ארי’ ליבש הלברשטאם מלפנים אב"ד דק"ק זמיגראד…".

All these indicate the copy was owned by the Tzaddik Rabbi Aryeh Leibush Halberstam (1912-2007) the Admor of Sanz-Zmigrod. Born in Zmigrod to Rabbi Sinai Halberstam, son of Rabbi Baruch Halberstam of Gorlitz – the fifth son of Maran the Divrei Chaim of Sanz. Was a disciple of the Gaon of Tshebin, Rabbi Dov Berish Weidenfeld, Rabbi Meir Shapira of Lublin, and Rabbi Shimon of Zelichov. After the war, he immigrated to Israel and settled in Petach Tikva, where he established the Divrei Chaim yeshiva. Over the years, he moved to Rabbi Akiva Street in Bnei Berak. Authored the series Aryeh Sha’ag, with seven volumes. In his last years, he became famed as a wonder-worker, and many from Israel and the world went to him for help.
