Buyer's premium:

Shulchan Aruch Orech Chaim, with the Rama, Beer HaGola, and Beer Heitev[!] printed by the partners Yehuda, Israel, and Menachem Nachum, sons of Feivush Yafeh. [3], 5-175; 107, [1] leaves. A bit of worming damage, 2 detached leaves, tears at the corners of some leaves. High-quality paper, antique binding with defects. Overall good condition.

This section is the first of the set of Shulchan Aruch printed in Kapost between 1812-1814. It is extremely rare—it is not held by the NLI nor by the Chabad Library in New York, and we didn’t find it in any other library either or various catalogues. The Mifal Bibliographia notes: “We did not see this section.” Thus this item is extremely rare and valuable.
