Issues 190-311, between 23rd Iyar 1936-20th Elul 1938. The newspapers are written in Yiddish, filled with information, advertisements, maamarei hashkafah, various statements, and more. Includes gedolei Yisrael, especially leaders of chassidus, the Chatam Sofer and his students and the Agudas Yisrael movement. Flipping through quickly we found:

– A survey article on the Admor Ahavas Yisrael of Vizhnitz after his death, by the rabbi of Sanok, Rabbi Tuvya Horwitz.
– The death of the mashgiach of Yeshivat Mir, Rabbi Yerucham Leibowitz.
– Summaries and reviews after the First World War, information about Hitler’s rise to power, and the coming Shoah.

A good portion of the newspapers are missing the first page with the newspaper title—we did not look into the sequentiality of issues because of the volume’s size. Tears and a number of missing leaves among the issues. Sold as is. Signatures of ownership: “the holy Yisrael Ehrlich of Košice.”
