The colophon lists the location of printing as “Torino, Rocco Fantino” (Turin, Italy—based on bibliographic listings dated to 1760 approx). 44 leaves.

Prayers including a techina from the gaon Rabbi Yisrael Isserlin (the Terumat HaDeshen) and a prayer established by Rabbi Shmuel Arkiwolty. Mesirat Moda’ah, Hatarat Nedarim, and Seder Tzidduk HaDin, with Birkat HaMazon for mourners at the end. The last page has an illustration of a lyre and trumpets. Typographic differences among different copies.

Pocket format: 8×12.5cm. Antique binding, stains, many tearstains. Wear from use, lone tears in the margins, overall good condition.
