The Kuntres contains Rabbi Yechiel Michl’s response to Rabbi Moshe Felks according to which the colony of Bnei Yehuda should preserve only a single day since its residents are originally from Safed. His response is based on Rabbi Shmuel Salant and the Rishion LeZion the Yissa Beracha.
