Without the printer’s name and year of printing. Printed in ca. 1880 in Jerusalem. Does not appear in the lists of Shoshana Halevi of the printeries of Jerusalem. A single leaf, printed on one of its sides. 22X17 cm. Moth channel and some tears to the edges. Very good overall condition. 

Background: This leaf is a deed for the sale of 4 cubits of land in Eretz Yisrael to build a neighborhood in Jerusalem, in the area of the Damascus Gate according to the leaf. 

Rabbi Shlomo Yitzchak Hacohen Tornheim (passed away in 1916) the son of the Admor Rabbi Yissachar Berish Hacohen of Wolbórz author of Avodat Yissachar, immigrated to Jerusalem in 1874. The father of the Tornheim family of Jerusalem.
