Sefer Zichron Devarim, original work compiling Kabbalistic Chidushei Dinim, by Rabbi Pinchas Aharon Niminsky. First edition, Jerusalem, 1895. [1], 52, [2] leaves. In the National Library, the book appears in the Rare Book Collection. 

Seemingly original binding. Some moth. Minor stains. Good overall condition. 

Stamps: "מנחם מענדיל הלוי וואללמאן מוויערישאוו בעיה"ק ירושלם תובב"א".  Menachem Mendel Halevi of Vierishov in Jerusalem who was the son of the Gaon Rabbi Yisrael Yaakov Segal Wolman Av Beit Din of Plontzk. Immigrated to Jerusalem from Viershov. 

Inside the book, many lengthy and and significant glosses between the lines by the author. Fine square script. On verso of the binding, the author / writer of the glosses reveals that he corrected the errors appearing in the table of errors. On verso of the binding, a sticker on which the author asks those who study the book to study the introduction first. On it, he handwrote the Mamar of the Sages about it being a Mitzvah not to say something that shall not be heard.

It should be noted that in this copy, there are additional glosses that do not appear in other known copies.
