Lot 55:
Siddur Safah Brurah Hechdash "with prayers for all year round, Ashkenaz version, in very large fonts with emphasis and Metagim indicating the tunes" Printed in Odessa, 1916. 57, [31] leaves. In the National Library, the book appears in the Rare Book Collection. The leaf with the illustrations for Hanachat Tefillin is missing. Except for this, the copy seems complete (see below, there are no copies in libraries for a perfect comparison). Short Yiddish explanations for the prayer passages. In its middle, a table of the Moladot for the years 1902-1907.
This Siddur is extremely rare, not listed in the Bibliography of the Hebrew Book. The copy of the National Library is a variant with a different back of the title page. A stamp on verso of the title page in Cyrillic script with a star-of-David in its center. Taping to the title page and the last leaf. Slightly fragile paper. Some stains. Moth perforations in the binding. Good overall condition.
