“…as requested in his letter…on the yahrzeit of the Admor, I will mention him and his wife for proper health in all that is needed for them…and in advance of the new year coming to us and the Jewish people for good and blessings, I hereby express my blessing to him and his wife for a ketiva and chatima tova for a good and sweet year in gashmiyus and ruchniyus in blessing”, with the handwritten addition “proper briyut and kol tov”. Handwritten signature.
